In class we have been listening to the audiobook of Goodnight Mister Tom by Michelle Magorian. After listening to the first couple of chapters, we each drew an illustration to show what we thought the village of ‘Little Weirwold’ the setting of the book, looks like. The teacher chose two drawings; Yasmin’s and Jake’s and we will combine their ideas to create a large wall display.
Everyone did a greeeeeeat job with their drawings and once the wall is finished I’m sure It’ll look. Ah-Mazing!

Ah, I miss primary school just because of things like this. Goodnight Mister Tom is an amazing book; I finished it before we had gotten to Chapter 6 in Text Detectives.
Enjoy primary school while you can, because even though you think you want to be in high school and primary school is sooo boring, you’ll realise that high school isn’t as fun, and has way more homework!
